A beautiful, warm ballroom filled with elegance. Traditional décor envelopes the walls in neutral tones while our luxurious foyer welcomes your guests with a timeless marble fireplace and lavish chandelier.
Great care has been taken when selecting each element of our décor and furnishings, all of which will provide the backdrop for your special event. Six lavish chandeliers light a gentle pathway to our dance floor. Enjoy a beverage at the classic cherry wood bar.
Your tables are adorned with elegant tablecloths and are accented with your choice of color coordinated linen napkins. Beautiful centerpieces, classic china and shining tableware.
Banquet style service will be provided to your bridal party while the rest of your guests are presented with their dinner selections. You are invited to choose your options from our banquet menu which offers a generous variety of meals that are designed to please any palate or preference. After dinner, your guests will be treated to a lavish sweet station.
Your Maître d' will accompany you to cut your wedding cake and our professional staff will present slices to your guests.

A $500.00 NON-Refundable Deposit is required to secure the Date of your event - General Parties Only. At the end of your event, your security deposit will be refunded in full in the event that you did not go over your final guest count. If so it will be deducted from your security deposit.
Final Guest count and menu selection is due 14 days prior to your event
We would be happy to create or customize a menu to suit any cultural, religious or dietary needs. Please speak to our event planner to assist you with your event and menu (215-768-0921).
Adult minimum must be reached or paid before any children are discounted
children between the ages of 5 through 12 are $15.95 each
and children ages 4 and under are free.
Wedding Deposits are $2,000.00 this can be divided over 90 days ($500.00 Per Month)
Please note there is a 18% Gratuity & Philadelphia Sales Tax of 8%

Ceremony Services
We include (1) one hour additional time prior to your reception to accommodate your ceremony service. Includes a (1) one hour rehearsal the Wednesday or Thursday prior to the Wedding Day, and a non-denominational officiant to perform the ceremony. Any special decorations or floral arrangements are the responsibility of the bride & groom and must be approved by Edgemont Caterers $425.00
An assortment of whipped potatoes to include: red bliss, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and butter, garlic mashed yukon potatoes topped with chopped smoked bacon, creamed spinach, sautéed mushrooms with basil, broccoli florets, sour cream, jack cheese, gravy served in a martini glass.
